Cambridge Cleantech Engages with India and Sri Lanka for Cleantech Collaboration

Cambridge Cleantech is collaborating with India and Sri Lanka for cleantech innovation and development. Led by UN Environment Programme Executive Director ErikSolheim, the delegation engaged with government officials and industry leaders to explore partnership opportunities. Cambridge Cleantech also signed a Letter of Intent with Crescent Innovation and Incubation Council to establish a Green India-UK Accelerator Programme by December 2023, with the aim of developing a robust cleantech startup ecosystem in Tamil Nadu.

Sparking interest at the sustainability conference City-Tech.Tokyo, Cambridge Cleantech showcased its International Tech Scouting programme, along with recent collaborators OXTO Energy and Shimizu Corporation. Under the SHIMZ NEXT accelerator programme Cambridge Cleantech members OXTO Energy, is developing an energy storage pilot for their flywheel technology with the Japanese architectural, civil engineering and general contracting conglomerate.
